It's like an old shoe, Raggity on the outside, comfortable as hell on the inside! Just kidding, I have no fucking Idea! Usually older stadiums or more roomier though, not like the sardine seating now days!

I for one would like to see them stay at the Joe. If they feel the need, renovate the stadium, but I don't mind watching games there. It's a more intimate atmosphere than say, the United Center in Chicago. I've sat all the way at the top with my back to the wall, and you can still see the action well. Yeah, the lines to the bathroom are long and the seats are cramped (well I'm 6'5 so I bet there aren't any comfortable pro sporting arenas for me), but the ice is great, the boards are lively, the views are among the best in the league, and the beer is cold.

Unfortunately, compared to a lot of buildings in the city, it looks kind of new.

Well, my personal opinion, it's a way better option staying there than temporarily moving to The Palace. It's built for hockey, so as much as people think it's too old, it's not a bad place to view a game. But Detroit could use a new arena. I like it. Best standing room position in hockey
