Welcome home Kings..welcome home.
Kings haven't played on home ice since January 26th, returning with a 6-1-3 road record and ultimately moving from 11th to the 6th spot in the standings.
Lets get this homecoming party started the right way by hosting the Minnesota Wild. Both enter this game tied in points, and all 3 previous meetings have ended with a tie in regulation, Kings winning the first in a SO, Wild winning the second in OT and third in a SO.
I'm expecting an all out battle (aren't they all?) tonight. Bernier gets the nod for this first of a six game home stand. The only other roster change is Westgarth is out and Poni back in.
Lets hope this one ends in regulation..
and the Kings come out on top.
