Had to implement a "loyalty" clause into contracts so that players wouldn't talk bad about the organization

Watched Ocho and TO just implode the team offensively to the point that Palmer no longer believed in Marvin, or Brown, or the Bengals, that he sat out, and "retired"

Watches Dalton at practice, and does nothing on bad plays, but give him more encouragement and more love

Accountability is not a word known around these parts
