Lutz replaces McManus again.

Good kicker but we can't afford to pay a kicker when we have no offense. I am sure Lutz wanted to stay with Payton but not a good value move for us with our cap situation.

I hate not having a good kicker though. It is really beyond annoying when the offense moves the ball and can't convert to points because of a shaky kicker.
