Why are conferences against playing on Friday Nights

Saturdays are always overloaded with bball. I surprised a big conference doesn't takeover Fridays. Maybe the American or Big East? they seem to get overlooked during the season now. Give them a stage where if people are looking to watch college hoops they only have 1 choice

Big East used to do a Friday night game a week.


Friday nights are just kinda lame basketball nights lol. And the NBA is kinda all over it.

there usually is games on during the non conference schedule but once conference play starts the horizon league and ivy league are the only two leagues that play on Fridays.

I just looked at our schedule. . Its weird that we played these odd week days until conference play. . But your right. . We play a tues wed thurs sat schedule starting with conference play

Better to play on Sat or Sun rather than Fri so it's easier for recruits to visit.
