Who would you pick as our new OC and DC if they’re open?

DC I think Todd Bowles could do pretty good. OC if not Kubiak I don’t know who else stands out.

Pagono might be good as the DC and Kubiak as the OC.

If we got Bowles and Kubiak, I think I'd be OK with Vance remaining

It’s not likely since he feels like Elway screwed him but if Adam Gase gets fired he could be a good choice, we played well with him as our OC.

I'd take Gase back, easy. Bowles is rumored to be Washington's next DC. I'm intrigued by Kevin Stefanski, should the Vikings not bring him back. We've got Case for another season and Stefanski would be the bridge between Keenum and what Shurmur did with him in Minny.

DC stands for Draft Crazy - Defensive Coordinators need to look elsewhere for their acronyms. I suggest DeCo.

OC
Mike Shanahan - I don't like him as a head coach. His last few years as the man in charge of a whole team showed he isn't the guy for that job. But I do believe he is still a good offensive mind. Our offense was decent with Jay Cutler and he made the playoffs starting Robert Griffin. He can run an NFL offense with average QBs, just don't let him anywhere near your defense.

Adam Gase - honestly wouldn't mind him as OC or HC. If Tannehill had stayed healthy, he'd probably still have a job. Plus, he's more familiar with current Broncos than Shanny as he's coached here more recently.

DC

Rex Ryan - dude can coach a D. Don't give him the head job. Keep him in the background. Don't let him in front of the media. With our defensive talent, Ryan could help make us SB worthy again.

Mike Nolan - I just want to see him get a fair shake in Denver. We were doing well with him actually running the D before Josh McTyrant took over. And we have more talent now than we did then.

What about Kris Richard? He has been praised for doing a great job in Dallas and came from the staff in Seattle. Maybe could come in be the DC, but might have a new job before we get that far.

For DC I like Wilks. I think he would be a great hire

Tell you what, I wouldn't mind the Broncos bringing in Freddie Kitchens as OC. The Browns elevated him after canning Todd and he found plenty of ways to play to his player's strengths. Defensively, I like whomever Vic decides to bring with him from Chicago. :)

I agree. We need another 2018 draft in '19.
Great draft for sure . Hurts knowing what Denver has had at RT, tough to see Orlando Brown , a late round 3rd round RT , did not give up one sack this year. Another top O Lineman drafted by Baltimore.

Kubes upstairs is soo much better.
I'm starting to feel like Elway is doing whatever Gary wants to do to make sure he stays in Denver. I bet Kubiak is back coaching this year.
