Who wants the 4th pick overall?

Somebody on the Isles fansite is saying 3 people within the org. have told him the Isles need a player to help them now, not 2 or 3 years from now.

This isn't anything new. Garth has said for the past few drafts the pick can be had for a similar player he could draft only a bit older in the 21-25 range.

What's surprising to me is that someone within the Isles org. would talk to anyone on the outside. The Islanders don't do it. They tend to keep things quiet. Which is why I really don't buy what this guy says at this point.

However, like I said the pick could be dealt because Garth has said before he would trade it. If there was ever a draft in which I wouldn't be surprised if it happened it's this one. After Yakupov it's a crapshoot.

Nah. It really isn't a good pick to be at. Although I'd take a flier on Gally. But not like my team needs another center...or...does it? I dunno. We'll probably just draft another defenseman. Wahoo...
