Who is your absolute "NO" for new coach

Mine is Craig Bohl.

Nice enough guy, but this is big time football, not D-IAA or what ever it is called these days.

Jerry Kill, I like Jerry but he and Minnesota have a terrific bond and Minnesota has been very, very good to him with his health issues. I respect that, if Jerry Kill expressed anger at Minnesota then probably yes, but I don't think it is that way.

I want a coach that has actually been a coach in college. I want a coach that knows how to recruit and has been through the process. I would like one that can acknowledge their coaching weaknesses and is willing to hire and fire to find the right person to fix that weakness.

The coach is being paid a large sum of money to make 1,800,000 Nebraskans happy, he is not being paid to make 10 assistant coach buddies happy.

The things Pelini did that I want
Pelini coached character and did not tolerate idiocy
Pelini stressed the student athlete
Pelini wanted good grades
Pelini coached the players to be good citizens. Even in the NFL you don't hear about the Nebraska players being douche bags. The same cannot be said about a few other schools and their players.
