LBJ or Vogel?

My breakdown of this is LBJ is worth a whole shit ton to his team but they have role players, a decent bench and 2 other stars on the team, Beasley who would be the biggest asset in this situation off the bench is out.

I know coaches do a lot during the games, but it seems that they would do a lot more not during the games, instilling good habits and advantageous systems. The assistants would also help a lot with this. The Pacers are youngish though and I think in game guidance might be more beneficial to them over say the Heat who are more veteran and they probably don't listen anyways.

So Vogel is worth 3, how many was LBJ worth?

This a serious question? I love Vogel as a coach, but there is no way he is worth more than Lebron especially for one game.
