People claim to have seen a white deer on my farm in Georgia, but I've never seen it.

They say it's more of a white/light grey, not bright white like those.

These were Iroquois legend that have finally proven to be true.

It's ironic he mentions ghost-like. I've always thought that about normal brown deer. When I'm shroomin' in the spring I'll always see a herd of 8-12 running through the woods. Where every step I make walking, I can hear the dead leaves crunching beneath my feet, the deer don't make a sound running.

These white deer must be in a pretty remote area to go unproven for so long, as they'd stick out like a sore thumb in the summer. In the winter they've got a good camoflauge though.
Like an arctic fox or rabbit.

I've shot an Albino prairie dog once. The .204 Cooper made him red mist.
