Which SEC week 12 game is the most pathetic?

Week 12 in the SEC is week 1 for everyone else.

To get higher rankings in the polls you play your conference games because you have perception of conf strength first and save an 1 OOC, or 2, and play at the end of the year. Sneaky and bush leauge shit.

For the most part, all of those FCS teams are in-state; a lot of FBS teams do that to keep the money in-state (or at least schedule those teams with that reasoning). The Alabama-Western Carolina game, however, is a complete farce. Besides, those guise need to "rest up" before they play their rivals

I don't think most people think scheduling teams like this is pathetic. Pretty much every team does it. It is just that they schedule it at the beginning of the season. That way they can afford to make mistakes and get the team ready for top level competition.

Now they play these teams when the team they have has 3 months of games worth, 2 against top level competition. It is pretty pathetic to schedule teams like this so late in the season.

Since these smaller schools are dependent on the money from it, it's not so pathetic for them to want to go to these huge stadiums and get killed. It is more beneficial for them in the beginning of the season then towards the end.

It's not so bad for the large schools to play them and help them out.

I don't think it is pathetic to schedule them if it was week 1 or 2. It's week 12. It's almost an insult to the players who are pumped up to play top level college football and them have them play some FCS school.

I am for getting rid of playing all FCS opponents just so when our 3rd team comes in early to play a cupcake like Central Michigan at least we will get some decent experience even though we kill them 50-3. But this is a troll thread, it doesnt matter when you play your cupcakes and i can go through and make a list of cupcakes that the Big 10 or any other conference has played.
