I have listened to the Audible, FFToolbox, Fantasy Focus, Fantasy Gurus, and Fantasy Football Weekly.

Which of those is more accurate?

Honestly, I don't "listen" to them, so I couldn't tell you which is more accurate, but I do listen to them for enjoyment and I like the chemistry of Matthew Berry and Nate Ravitz on Fantasy Focus. They outline a good podcast, which is all you need. I also enjoy (used to) their Fantasy Focus baseball podcast, but Eric Karabell and Tristan Cockroft are the hosts now, and what a difference! They are bad.

And sad as it may be, I like Adam Aizer from CBS for both baseball and football, even though I'm not especially fond of the "gurus" of each show. (Jamey, Dave, Scott and Al) I find Jamey to be too set in his ways. Dave is a chaser. Scott and Al wait to pounce on the right players until it's too late for most leagues.

...but honestly, I come here for answers to my questions, not listen to what the podcasts say

None - but I do like listening to M. Berry - - anyone who wrote for Married with Children deserves a listen now & then.

I"ve listened to exactly one show, ever. It was on XM Radio, called something like MJD's fantasy football show or something stupid like that. It was utterly pathetic some of the advice they were offering. And I can't believe MJD not only lends his name to the show but is frequently on it. Ridiculous.

I'll listen to the NFL network, ESPN, things like that, guys the report the news, and then I'll formulate my own opinions based on as much actual factual information I can readily find. I'll never, ever listen to some schmoe "expert" who has a podcast or radio show tell me his opinion is better than mine. Those guys don't do anything different than we do, research, watch games, they're not anymore plugged in than the rest of us. And hell, even those who are, like the aforementioned MJD show, are even worse at it than your everyday schmuck.

As far as useful advise, you are much better off listening to what some real NFL analyst are saying and translating it to fantasy. I like 'Movin' the Chains' with Pat Kirwan and Tim Ryan.

I can't even really name any of the shows. But come august, since I have no wifey to bitch about it, my TV is on the NFL Network more often than not. And the radio in the car, never changes from ESPN radio..well except for the past couple months when they insisted on playing those stupid kickball games. Just absorb as much info as you can, most importantly WATCH as much football as you can, preseason and regular season. Nothing is better than the eye test IMHO, and come to your own conclusions.

Not that Fantasy Focus. But Stefania Bell is on it, idk if she still is the expert physician at ESPN or not. This is a different podcast though.

Funny MJD was recently on this Fantasy Focus.

Idk Fabiano and Berry are not all that great. For instance, their lovefest of Michael Vick for two years. I like listening to independent podcasts because they are normal people. Those professional experts do not have time on their hands and get it wrong a lot.

While I still subscribe to not "listening" to any of them, I'd side with most of those guys over Joe Blow's bi weekly podcast. The pro's don't have the time? You do realize they're being paid to watch, read about and write about football all week long right? They spend more time then virtually anyone..well maybe Foot

Its just what I have seen so far. Often times these people would overvalue players. I don't prefer to listen to Berry on anything. I have a small tolerance for Fabiano.

I only like Berry for the laughs, his articles are also very funny on the human side. Fantasy not so much. .... It seems to me all the 'fantasy experts' have too many biases to be taken very serious. As stated earlier the real NFL analyst offer far more insight into game plans which can be translated to fantasy.
