Throughout this period, Their Nebs played on New Year's Day in prime televised Bowl games. Is there any other program with such sustained national exposure through a 7 Bowl game losing streak?

In '94 i was but a thought in my mother's head as she looked after my brother going through his terrible 2s that lasted well in to his 3s.

in '94 i was just over a month old....it was just after christmas time and my mom always said after christmas they went to disneyland for vacation with us...so i guess i was probably there?

The first 2 spent at my parents house - I was a young tike - also remember Devaney and team members made the rounds at several father/son breakfasts and signed autographs - I lost mine of course. 1983 I was freshly married and drank too much and puked all night after that loss - called in sick to work the next day. All the 90's championships were spent at my house with the wife and kids rooting away. This year, well we better get "It" together.

I drink so my memory is pretty unreliable so...
94 I was 20 and was at a watch party at my buddies house in Omaha, after the game we rolled out to 72 nd N Dodge and joined in on a big crowd at the intersection, to yell at cars

95 I was of age so naturally I was at the pub, had to work that day and didn't make it till the 2nd QT, I presume more after game similar shenanigans ensued, but in Columbus this time

97 I had just moved to AZ, went to a N watch location pub in Tempe somewhere, no shenanigans this one as I didn't no many people out dare at the time

1970 - I was 8. Watched it in my living room with my folks.
1971 - I was 9. Watched it in my living room with my folks.
1994 - At a friends football party.
1995 - Football party at my house.
1997 - Football party at my house.

The only two I wasn't really confident that Nebraska would win were 1970 and 1994.
However I wasn't expecting Nebraska to rout #2 Bama in '71 or #2 Florida in '95 as bad as they did.
