The question should be when will the NBA do what some Soccer leagues in Europe do? That is demote the worst team in the NBA to the D-LEAGUE & promote the BEST D LEAGUE TEAM. Maybe just maybe this would force every team to try to win.

And have something to play for besides the playoffs. I know the playoffs are big but you don't want to be playing in the D-League...that's a whole other level of embarrassing. I always have loved the idea of Group/Knockout rounds in Soccer too. If they could ever find a way to implement that into the NBA, it would be nice.
