I'm going to get about a seven pound pork shoulder, cut it in half and use half for green chili pork stew and the other half for carnitas. The carnitas will be served on home made corn tortillas, dressed with chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a nice salsa verde.

Neighbor kids baseball team is going to Cooperstown, and had a fundraiser.
