what teams need a goalie

i was wondering if any goalies would sign cheap. nabokov, turco, biron, mason, ellis, and niittymaki are all on the market. i will try to list teams who are in the market for a starter.

oilers
stars
sharks
islanders
flyers
senators
thrashers
lightning
capitals

some of those teams might not be in the market so the list might even be shorter. i am not sure of some of their goaltending situations so if anybody does not think they are in the market for a starter then take them off the list. my point is, there are only 9 teams right there and they all might not even be in the market. other teams like buffalo might be in the market for a backup. i think we might actually be able to get a goalie at a discount. the flyers are a contender and they can tell the goalie that they have a chance to be a starter. i really think that these goalies might be had for not much money and we might be able to get a steal.

I would count the oils, islanders, caps out of this at the very least. Stars and sharks I feel will be our biggest competitors. Would be funny to see turco to sharks and Nabby to stars

I only see 2 teams in need of a goalie, and they are the leading candidates for Turco and Mason. Nabokov isn't going to get what he's looking for so I think his run in the NHL is over.

that is what anthony sanfilippo says the flyers will do. either the cap went up by 5 mil or the flyers are going to have to trade a forward if that happens.

I believe Mason is the top guy, but what does it matter? The top guy last year at this time was who, Khabibulin? Biron? Anderson was the best of the class, but if teams knew that before July 1, he wouldn't have signed for 1.8 per. Goalie classes are always weak because if they were good, teams wouldn't let them go. So yes, Turdo is one of the best guys in the NHL version of the retarded class.
