I found this video posted on youtube, dissecting some of the movements, sets and options that will likely be installed by Kerr and Co. The principles behind the offensive sets are very motion based as you can see from the video and the breakdown by the video.

If the Warriors can implement this type of system and run it effectively, there seem to be limitless opportunities to be had on the offensive end.

Saw this last week. Mixing triangle and motion in weak from the spurs into the offense. Warriors should be better on offense next year

Most interesting coaches: Kerr, Blatt and D. Fisher.

I want to keep an open mind, the Dubs haven't played a game yet, but when I hear names such as Alvin Gentry and D'antonini , I think of teams that didn't play much defense and eventually flamed out.

Dubs have turned the corner the last few seasons under Jackson, Jackson got this team to focus on defense. "run, run, run" while exciting doesn't always = wins.

Kerr has a 5 year deal, but if he doesn't start out strong, there could be trouble early and players could jump ship.

Kerr will get respect unless something is way off kilter. Alvin G. can coach. Tough to find high quality coaches or asst coaches.

The hiring of Gentry and Ron Adams actually works immensely to Kerr's favor. He specifically hired these guys because of their experience and will draw from their wealth of knowledge to keep the team balanced.

You also have to remember Kerr's drawing from his own personal knowledge of the systems ran by Phil Jackson and Greg Poppovich. Both of those guys ran a tight ship on the defensive end too. I think Kerr is interested in maximizing the potential on the offensive end, but he's not gonna be a guy who shies away from defense.
