There are 32 HC's in the NFL - who gets fired after the season is over?

I'm thinking at the least Jim Schwartz of the Lions. He's under achieved the last couple years despite having a lot of talent on the roster on both sides of the ball.

I think Schwartz, Shanahan and Frazier are gone.

Is Garrett isn't fired, it will prove he's nothing but a shill for Jerry.

There are about a dozen coaches who are on the hot seat. Not all of them will be canned but i could see several get pink slips.

Ryan
Kubiak already got the ax
Munchak
Allen
Shanahan
Coughlin
Garrett
Schwartz
Frazier
Smith
Schiano

Good call on Ryan. It might be noted that when the new GM was hired, it was a condition of his contract that Ryan NOT be fired going into the 2013 season. Tells me that the new GM wanted to do it right away. I've oftened wondered what black mail material Ryan had on the owner to have that written into the GM's contract.

Shanahanananan is one I forgot but yeah, he should be gone - and taking 7M with him.

Coughlin I don't know about. He's won you 2 SB's and had a lousy year, most because of Eli. If they fire him it's because they got Bill Cowher in the wings.

Shiano needs to go as well. Haven't liked him since he sent his team to go charging into a kneel down last year.

Garrett...I just don't know. We all know the HC in Dallas is a puppet anyway so I'm not sure it does any good to fire him. Any HC coming in isn't going to make any changes because he can't. That's all in Jerruh's hands.

I'm doubtful on Coughlin. They need to re-build that offensive line and fix some things but they had a good stretch in the middle of the season that got them close to being back to respectability so I think it saved his job for now. They definitely can't afford another slow start next year, though. He might be on a short leash. However, he could just step down because he is so frustrated by that team.

Ryan has already said he's done when the season is over. I'm pretty sure they have already talked about it and are just waiting until next Monday after the season.

Mike Smith? I'm not so sure about him. Have the Falcons underwhelmed terribly? Yes, and they had aspirations of a SB but I think when they really evaluate that team, they realize that they need help on the defensive side of the ball, big time. And Stephen Jackson didn't give them the run game they sorely needed. As soon as they had injuries to the great receiving core, they were done. I think Smith will be given a chance to turn things around. Blank seems to like what he's done there.

Dallas' coaching situation is the funniest thing in the league. How Jerry can possibly be this delusional is mind-boggling. A "yes-man" puppet will never win you a championship, Jerry. Get a real coach with the ability to make personnel decisions and a smart GM and get out of the fucking way and Dallas can get back to the top. That aint gonna happen, though so I guess we'll all get to laugh at the circus for awhile longer.
