What needs to happen

1. Fire Don Baylor- Two Years on inconsistency is long enough for me I dont care if he is a legend.
2. Put Gibson on the hot seat- If we start bad next year he should get canned.
3. Get another strong bullpen arm in offseason (Perkins?)

All in all the team is too complacent and if these things happen it may turn things around next year.

As for this year unless we win 3/4 at Reds 2/3 at pirates and sweep the orioles our season is over

Which means.. its over

get davidson some playing time as well as owings and call it a year.

Baylor and Nagy should be fired. The all around inconsistency this season has been infuriating. If the offense is good, the pitching sucks. If the pitching is good, the offense sucks. Such a frustrating team to watch.
