If his IP is banned either he was really bad, related to someone really bad, or is maybe using a VPN/Proxy that spammers are known to use.

If he can tell me what name he signed up with I can take a look and see what IP he is trying. Or if he has the IP I can look and see why that one is blocked.

Thanks for looking into that. Greg was a long time contributor at KFFL - he's a grumpy old guy, but not a trouble maker!

I looked at all members with Greg in the name, there are about 20. I think 3 are banned but none of them have been on the hoop since like 2017. So it must be an IP thing. Is his full screen name "Greg"? I saw something like BroncoGreg, thought maybe that could be him?

I see Broncogreg was signed up back on Aug 14, 2015 and last log in Aug 15, 2015. It's not banned and never did anything. Not sure if that is him and he just signed up but never really engaged or someone else squatted on it.

We have a few options. I can delete that account which will make it eligible for him to sign up and have that name (no posts means we lose nothing) or I can try to update the email so he can reclaim it. Likely the easiest if I just delete it. The current email starts with a "g" and is a yahoo.com email. Obviously won't post the email here publicly.
