Nope, but it looks cool. If I were to invest time into that one or the other one you mentioned (Key and Fear or something?), which would you recommend? How bout Fear Agent? Any fans?

I haven't read Fear Agent, but I just borrowed the library editions from a buddy of mine so I was curious what people here thought.Nope, but it looks cool. If I were to invest time into that one or the other one you mentioned (Key and Fear or something?), which would you recommend?
Have you read any of Saga?I'm stuck in SC and Saga Vol. 1 just came in at my library back home
Nope. Can't waitHave you read any of Saga?
I read volume 1 but tbh the 80's and 90's stuff is not my favorite. I've heard it gets better as it goes along, so maybe I'll pick it up again down the line.Any Sandman fans? The Shakespeare edition was fucking amazing
Pretty quick read. Kinda ended like they're going to do more?I loved it. Very creepy. It's being developed into a tv show too.
Nothing like it. It's more dark, almost with a horror/sci fi vibe. There are 6 volumes of it, it's written by Joe Hill(Stephen King's son). It's pretty badass man, and it's finished if you want to sink your teeth in.
P.S. I am a huge fan of Y: The Last Man too.
No connection that I'm aware of. Y: The last Man was also slated for a tv show, nor sure if that's still happening but it sounds like a story that would do well on tv.Started binging on this today.
Being a comic newb, is there a connection I'm unaware of between Y: the last man and Preacher? They both contain protagonists that possess "Fuck Communism" Zippo lighters? Both being Vertigo comics is the only connection I noticed? Kinda cool tho.
I don't think he's writing more. There were a couple of one shots that came out afterwards but I think that's it.Pretty quick read. Kinda ended like they're going to do more?
Preacher paid homage by it. Ennis said so himself. Trust me you'll love Y.Started binging on this today.

I heard FX was doing it, which would be a good channel IMONo connection that I'm aware of. Y: The last Man was also slated for a tv show, nor sure if that's still happening but it sounds like a story that would do well on tv.
Yeah Volume 1 was wack. By the third volume it starts to get awesome. I got to about the sixth (out of twelve) and then got busy. I might start fresh because it was awesome.I read volume 1 but tbh the 80's and 90's stuff is not my favorite. I'm gonna catch shit for this one, but I think Dark Knight Returns is crazy overrated. I had to force myself to finish it.The most overrated comic ever IMO

Agreed plus it was like reading a bad 80's movie script.Very overrated.
It's why Batman/Superman was doomed to fail.
It's based on mediocre source material.
