Just wondering if you think any UFA players would take a discount to play for the Sharks? I know its a long shot, but don't you think it might help since the Sharks made it to the conference finals in the last two years?

Also could any of you see Chicago's GM offer a crazy deal to Seto? "Maybe a little pay back"

Any other team you worry about offering Seto a crazy deal? "LA"

dont think any UFA will come here for a discount, except maybe white as a resign. While the sharks are a good team, they remain rather off the radar for free agents and besides doug wilson doesnt tend to splurge over the summer.

As for an offer sheet, well, it sure wont come from chicago as they have no money. However, anything is possible. That said, I dont see an opposing GM throwing 5M or anything at him since he has definitely not shown to be worth that kind of money. However, it's always possible. If the offer sheet came in at 4M, then the sharks would get a 1st and 3rd round picks. Obviously, that wouldnt be great, but I doubt its going to happen.
