I'd have lost a lot of respect for Chip Kelly if he signed Welker. Guy is like one hit away from walking around asking if anyone has seen his baseball. You have to be pretty desperate and selfish to put someone like that back on the field.

I would prefer Riley Cooper. When he is healthy Cooper is a big play threat. Plus he is a good downfield blocker.
He is under rated and under used.
