HH..........to me your sicheation just needs to be resolved by designating certain nights to go to the bar. For instance.......nights when you have pool league, and weekends would be a good start.

Ye just need to find another habit to replace yourn bar-going habit during the week.

It's the same thing I'm currently going through, except that I need to find another habit to replace me getting drunk at home........which, while cheaper, it is even a worse sicheation to be in.

The best replacement is to build a habit of exercising during the week en sech.

I know it sounds like no fun en all that right now, but once you start doin it and seein' some results, you start feelin' pretty good about yourself and it literally becomes a habit.

I need to start doin that again real bad.

But there is "going to the gym" and then there is "working out."

Most people think they're working out, but wonder why they aren't seeing rapid improvements..........................it's because ye aren't working out.

You should feel completely drained and like you wanna puke when you get done. But you'll sleep like a fuckin baby.

i wes working out when i had me mini-epiphany...i was sitting there lifting some weights and i thought to myself "i care enough about my body to come here and use up all my energy, why the fuck don't i care this much about my schoolwork and my relationships (and a few other things ima keep of the interwebs :wink:) ????"

so i decided right then and thar that i was gonna make a change.


btw, i think Eminem's "Not Afraid" is one of the most motivational songs out there...
