Apparently he just publically said the team should change their name. Thats a quick way of saying hey I dont want to work for you.
"If you lined up the top five receivers in the NFL and had one guy go out there and cover them, I'd put myself out there before anyone else," Hall said."Before Richard Sherman before [Darrelle] Revis, before [Patrick] Peterson. Before anyone else. If you're asking me to lock one guy up there ain't nobody better than me."
As for whether or not he'd sign with any team for $1 million this offseason the pending free agent said,"Absolutely not. There ain't no way that's gonna happen. Gotta get paid."
I'd love to see him back BUT he can get really immature out there sometimes on the field.
The FO may try to go younger.
All the more Talib must be signed.
Just say no to Talib. He is going to want a big payday.

He said "Eventually they will change it. "They probably should, but they won't" No where did he say, "I Deangelo Hall want the Redskins to change their name". In reference to the money, he also said he won't come back to the Skins for 1mil. Which is fair, he earned a new contrac with his play this past season. Watch the video people, don't just jump to conclusions.
Talib is the best Cb on the market, young, and has ties to Bruce Allen. If you can get him for 7 to 8 million its a no brainer skinsdad. We do not have a legit #1 CB. Its time we get one.
First, we are dealing with dan Snyder so you can't assume a rational reaction. Second, I bet virtually no fan abandons the team if Snyder decides to change the name. That's all talk. You are right, tho, Snyder will only change the name when monetarily compelled to do so. My bet that this will not happen anytime soon. If it ever does, it won't just affect the redskins, but also the chiefs, the braves, the fighting Irish, the packers, and a whole host of other teams. If taken to court, it's a pretty easy legal argument to make that the redskins have been singled out. I was talking to a patent atty friend about this statement issued by the patent office. He feels it's a joke and would never hold up in court.
