He's correct, it was a misdemeanor charge but with the position the 49ers find themselves in with the publicity from McDonald and Smith, he's gonna get cut. At least he'll get suspended and won't be on the field opening dayy.

Who knows how it played out...alededly she claims she slipped on his wet deck and was knocked out for 8 minutes...can't remember having sex with McDumbass, yet solidly implicates both men. He could be tolerable as an early downs guy who plays the run well, a la Haralson. Can't see him making much of an impact as a pass rusher, though.

Lemonier? I think you are right. I haven't seen anything up till this point to suggest otherwise. According to a couple of reports I've read, he was on the bubble which kinds of tells you what the FO thinks about him.

Yeah, I don't think he has a future on third downs. But he's added some bulk, is a decent STs player, and word is he's had a few plays in coverage. He could be a decent base downs OLB in our scheme.
