There's a little stretch of the I-15 (about 29 miles or so) that cuts through Arizona when you're leaving Utah and travelling to Nevada (and vice versa). That drive through the Virgin River Gorge is very scenic.

Whatever you do on I-15, don't take the state route 59 exit and drive to Hildate UT or Colorado City AZ. You probably won't make it out, and you might end up with 25 sister wives.

I-15 through Montana (especially the southern part of Montana) is quite the drive. At times you feel like it's a dystopian landscape with very few people around.
