What's on your mind?
Keep it to Nebraska and you should be safe.

I was before, but a harmless joking with someone got me banned! lol
By the way, what's your thoughts on that second and short pass play call while Nebraska was nursing a 3 point lead with eight minutes to play? Do you think a running play should have been called, considering our defense has been so erratic especially lately? A TD in that drive would have been great, even a FG would have been nice.
Bo said after the game that he made the call on that play.
He said he didn't call the play, but he told Tim to try and get one deep.
20/20 is hindsight.
Like Bo said, that didn't lose the game all by itself. Whether he knows it or not, in a sense he is admitting that there is a fundamental problem within the program. I can't believe for a second he doesn't realize it.
I think Bo's aged 15 years in the 7 he's been here.
I understood different.
That Bo didn't tell him to run the ball. That he didn't tell Beck not to throw it. It's what Bo didn't say as opposed to what he said.

Bo said word for word in the presser afterwards "that was my call, I told him to take a shot deep."
Of course, he could be lying.

This is what I heard as well as read also. And "going deep" is pretty much Bos "MO". Heaven forbid to suggest a quick out of three years to get the first down.
Listen to it again guys.
When asked about the call.......

Bo: "That's my call, da dat's a bad call."
When pressed further...
Bo: "Yeah I made the uh, I said the, you know, you know, it's, it's a waste down. I wasn't expectin' us to take a sack in that situation. Um, we had two more downs, two more downs to uh, to get the first down. So, once again you live and learn it's a bad call, ended up being a bad call."
Pressed again about How often he makes an offensive call?
Bo: "Every now and then, I didn't make the actual call, but duh I didn't say let's run the football neither. So, you know what you live and learn."
-------It's not what Bo said. It's what he didn't say.
I actually agreed with the call, though. It was 2nd and 1 so you have essentially 2 downs to get 1 yard. Any good team is probably going to consider taking a shot in that situation.
Problem is, Tommy is not well-disciplined, and his decision to not ever throw he ball away gets him and his Offense into trouble.
