FSN just sucks. Kunitz on a break down the ice and they cut to Lovejoy opening the box door for 6-8 seconds.

To OT we go. I'm seeing a trend. And I really hate this Bairel commercial...

If neither team scores, is it a double shutout?

Both Brodeur and Fleury are at about a 5/6 save ratio in shootouts. Come on Flower... do it!

Seeing those kind of shots from Neal just gets me super excited for when Crosby comes back. I can only fathom what type of production Neal is due for then.

I still can't believe that MAF now has 4 shutouts on March 25th. That's just insane. '07, '08, '09, '11

For a scoreless game it was quite exciting by the end of the 3rd and into OT. Great goalie duel. This game just shows why MAF should be in consideration for Vezina/Hart.

Well, it should help you that they played nearly a whole game with 5 or 4 Dmen. Colin White and Volchenkov both were injured and didn't return. They'll be tired.

I missed the game tonight because my brother was playing in one of the first high school productions of The Phantom of the Opera ever. It might be the first. For a school with only 160 kids and a $10,000 budget, they sure did put on a great show. I had never heard my brother sing before tonight, but he's got a good voice (he played Piangi), but I was absolutely taken with the talent displayed by the folks playing the Phantom, Christine, and Carlotta.

Anyway, sounds like Fleury and Brodeur put on shows as well, or that the defenses were just impenetrable (or the offenses incompetent). Good to see Fleury out-duel Brodeur. Perhaps he's finally turned the corner this season.

The Pens need to pick it up at home...something is missing at Consol...I'm worried that their home ice advantage will be nullified come play-off time....

It will probably help that the two defencemen we lost today were White and Volchenkov who were our two best dmen all season and they are both doubtful for tommorows game

Don't worry about that, the Sabres have won 2 games in a row, and have reached their limit.
