The fact that an 0-3 SEC team beat NC State (likely the 3rd best team in ACC).

Or the fact an 0-4 SEC team beat Arizona State, your Pac12 South leader.

If SEC is bad, what is the Pac, or the B1G, or any other league?

I didn't know Louisiana tech played a better schedule. I don't think Ohio is one of the 25 best teams, but judging teams based on their résumé Ohio has won all of their games, even if it is to crappy teams, and I think they deserve to be ranked. Why rank Louisiana tech and Clemson who have only beat crap Mac like teams and have a loss?

For the most part i ignore margin of victory and only look at how teams have done against decent competition. Ohio is 1-0 (@Penn State). LA Tech is 2-1 (@Illinois, @UVa, vs. aTm). My guess is Ohio and LA Tech would have the same record if they played the same schedule. LA Techs 7 point win over Houston is not impressive, neither is their win over Rice. Their win over UNLV isnt impressive either.

I like most of your poll, but I dont agree that LA Tech has played tougher competition and therefore deserves to be ranked. I disagree that a win over Rice is better than a win than Buffalo, they both suck why does it matter which team sucks more?
