Games for Saturday...

Chiefs @ Colts, 4:30 EST (NBC)

The nightcap after that is Saints @ Eagles, also on NBC.

Sunday:

Chargers @ Bengals 1pm EST (CBS)

49er's at the Packers on FOX after Bengals/Chargers is over.

I'm going with Chiefs, Eagles, Bengals and 49er's.

I believe the Chiefs simply to be a better team than the Colts.

Saints don't play well on the road.

The Chargers struggled against the 3rd string Chiefs and will get owned by the Bengals to give them thier first playoff win in 23 years

The 49er's I feel are the more complete team right now.

I think any team can win this weekend, and if anybody wants to tell you otherwise, they are kidding themselves. No frauds in the playoff field this year thank goodness.

My guess though would be...

Chiefs over Colts
Bengals over Chargers

Saints over Eagles
SF over Packers

I went with Eagles over Saints because I think the Saints will struggle on the road. We'll see. Should be a high scoring game, though.

I for sure have the Eagles. Not only do the Saints struggle on the road but Philly has been the best team in the NFL in the second half of the season. 7-1 in their last 8.

Also taking the Bengals. If the Chargers needed overtime and fucked up officiating to beat the Chiefs entire second string, they got no business winning a playoff game.

Haven't decided on the other two yet.

Anybody know what the weather is supposed to be in Philly this weekend?

Colts over Chiefs - did you see what the Colts did to the Chiefs in week 16? And the Chiefs are 2-5 since starting 9-0.

Eagles over Saints - Saints don't win much on the road. I don't see that changing.

Bengals over Chargers - Another rematch from a few weeks ago. Bengals already beat the Chargers and they are much better at home. Going into the games yesterday the one team I didn't want to make the playoffs was the Chargers because they scared me, but after that performance yesterday, I don't see them beating the Bengals.

49ers over Packers - Rodgers is good, but he's not good enough to make the Packers better than the Niners.

Well my choices would be Eagles, 49ers, Indy, and Cincy at this time.

Chiefs over Colts. I think they are all around better.

Eagles over Saints only because of weather and Saints are on the road. I think it will be close though. If there's a warm up in Philly and it's 50 this weekend, I think the Saints win. If this game was in Nawlins, I'd have the Saints by 10

Bengals over Chargers, but neither would really surprise me.

and I'm picking the Packers over the 9er's, only because that is the outcome I want. GB will have to play perfectly, hope a defense shows up, and catch a break or two. I like our offensive weapons, i don't like our oline. our defense doesn't do well against the run and has a propensity to give up big plays running and passing and our special teams coverage units suck fucking ass. Other than that, I think we're super bowl bound :) might as well start by beating the 9er's

The Colts have been a boogieman for the Chiefs for quite some time. Even Jim Harbaugh beat the Chiefs in the playoffs... 10-7 :L

The Colts are 12-3 against the Chiefs (3-0 in the playoffs) since the Colts have moved to Indianapolis.

Question for everyone picking the Chiefs to beat the Colts: did all of you forget about that beat down the Colts just put on the Chiefs, on the road no less? I mean, that did happen, right? I didn't imagine it?

Beginning Wednesday Jan 1st, I can walk into a store and legally buy an ounce of bud. I will watch all the playoff games but may not be able to tell you who won.

Yes, funny thing about football is though it doesn't usually go as expected. The Colts are one of the most inconsistent teams, yes? We also saw the Rams curbstomp the Colts in their house, yes? I have no problem picking the Chiefs against an equally flawed team even though they are at home and beat the Chiefs on the road.
