Superman is tough to beat unless you have kryptonite. If its truly all out war, as soon as he gets hold of someone its all over, he could tear them apart.

Spider-Man could take care of Batman IMO. They are both geniuses and great with gadgets but Spider-Man actually has powers. That would get him the edge over Bruce.
