Second fewest points against in the country is legit regardless of who they have played (they've played pretty much nothing but quality teams so far). They get equal backlash along with their praise so I'm ok with it.

Nobody is touting UTEP or Florida a&m like you are those joke teams. Yeah we lost at home. To a top 5 undefeated team. ND hasn't played a team anywhere near that caliber.

Aside from Navy all other ND wins have been against AQ schools, half OU's wins have been against nobody. Those teams ND has beat are jokes until you look at your own schedule. That was a very impressive loss to a top 5 team btw.

If you're suggesting Notre Dame has had an easy go at it, or they don't deserve to be ranked where they are, then you're either a toal hater or you're a fool. Like I said, 2nd in the country in points against is legit regardless or who you play, and as stated ND has faced quality opponents. If you want to say the teams they played are overrated and all that, go ahead, but they're not pushovers which seems to be what you're implying.

ND Hoosier turned it into that. All I'm saying is does ND deserve to be ranked top 10? Yes. Top 5? No. Again. The one legitimate opponent they played (Stanford) gave them all they wanted in their own house. And Stanford has looked fairly unimpressive so far.

Yeah it was a TD but once they ruled it on the field there was no real way to overturn it since you cant see his elbow. To me it looks like he was in for sure but ND is still a really good team either way.

As to the whole schedule debate it certainly looks at first blush like ND ahs played a quality schedule thus far but if Purdue, MSU and Stanford end up with 4+ losses wach then it becomes less impressive IMO. The reality is that ND's season comes down to how they perform vs OU and USC.

Redding said a runner's progress is reviewable only on plays that could produce first downs or touchdowns.

Yes K-State looks great on OUs schedule. You know why? Because you lost ad K-State is still undefeated. Had you beaten them then they would just be a 1 loss 10-15 ranked team and wouldn't look quite as impressive on the SOS.

And the NFL said Seattle's TD was good too. They back up official's rulings to protect themselves. No way you can objectively look at that and not think he scored.

My point is that you keep going on about OUs SOS but that is only because they lost instead of beating K-State. If ND had lost to Mich or Stanford their SOS would be better too.
