its been a bit but i just wanted to bring up the fact that i was impressed with Volchenkov's big hits yesterday.. it's been a bit since i saw some consistent powerful hitting from our defense like that..

also i think larson has had some improvement at least that i saw yesterday in his offensive awareness and that could be a really good sign when it comes to his development if his confidence is getting up there

Agree on both counts. Larsson carried the puck deep into the offensive zone more than I can remember.

It always amazes me how well he uses his strength to make up for his foot speed. He's a smart defender.

I've always like A-Train..... hits everything wearing the wrong jersey, I can't wait for him to score his first as a Devil cuz man it's gonna be like when Dano scored

Those hits did wake me up... its been too long since clean hits like those happend for us.

He does a good job keeping his hits clean, not very many penalty minutes, and keep in mind he does all this against very, very strong competition.
