That is what I am thinking too. Shai seems to have a lot have devoted Pitt fans in his corner. Is that his mom who has tweeted him recently regarding his decision?....she has also re-tweeted a number of Pitt football headlines.

As much as Im glad there will be some competition at the QB position, im guessin there will be either a lot of position changes to the current players already here are a few departures... probably both. Loeffler seems to like the pro style QB more than the handful of Dual Threats we currently have?!?

Just my opinion though.

Luckily the commitment of a couple of high rated high school players doesn't phase another high rated high school player who has a year under his belt. Bucky is not afraid to compete for a job. If he was, I wouldn't really want him on the squad, would you?

Bucky is ready to go. If he loses and out and decides to go elsewhere, fine but he isn't shying away from it, that's for sure.

I would agree with you, but I think it alters the situation quite a bit when Loeffler is bringing in two guys that he has personally recruited and fit his mold of a pro-style QB. Also, pair that with Bucky being asked to play TE for the scout team a lot, I can just see how he would be discouraged, although I still think he will play hard and battle for the job.
