"The Phillies placed Velasquez on the 15-day disabled list Friday with a right biceps strain.

The Phillies have not released any further details regarding Velasquez's status, but he will miss at least the next two weeks with the injury that forced him to exit his last start after recording just one out. Luis Garcia was recalled to take Velasquez's place on the roster, but it remains to be seen who will take his place in the rotation."

Most likely Eflin wil replace him on Tuesday. Garcia is only a temp.

It is good we'll get to see Eflin, 5-2, 2.90, 55Ks, 11 BBs at LV. He may have been one of guys I initially perceived as "crap" in the Hamls deal. lol.
