I just got around to reading this story from a couple of weeks back. Coleman Collins wrote about his time playing in Ukraine as all the revolt and Russian invasion was starting up. I remember reading his stuff for the CT. After reading this, he could definitely have a future as a writer once he's done with basketball

Good read, always liked him as guy... although I can't REALLY say that, as I never met the man. I'm basing this opinion on his observable demeanor and personality on the court, his CT columns, etc. But he was a frustrating player to follow and was one of those Greenberg players who seemed to plateau or even regress by the end of his career (see also Jeff Allen).

I fully expect Buzz to beef up VT's non-conference schedule. This is a good start. Good, solid teams....and they should be winnable for VT.

NBA preseason has started so you can now watch Erick Green on his quest to make the final Nuggets roster. First game he went 4-10 for 10 pts, 1 reb, 0 asts. I was only halfway paying attention to the game but he looked decent out there, like he belonged. He stands a good chance of making the roster imo.

I've read lately that at least 3 is likely. Then there is this tweet from a guru, who says he expects some attrition (saying that some attrition is normal in basketball, but especially with Buzz due to his style).
