we only have one scholarship to give for the 2015 class at this point (of course that could change), so we have to make it count. Sounds promising, though I worry about our post depth more than wing.

If I'm reading Buzz right in his interviews, there's likely going to be some attrition. My gut tells me some time between now and 2015 signing day, one of our guards from the JJ days will leave. No idea who though.

Adam Smith seems like the one who least fits Buzz's preferred size and style.

Great piece on Buzz.

The thing I liked the most was he said he is a fan of advanced metrics. I'm a big believer in advanced metrics and marrying them with older basketball philosophies so Buzz jumped up a huge level in my book, which I didn't think was possible. If he starts using Tech's resources with the various computers, statisticians, etc the campus has to start player tracking and stat modelling, I may pass out from pure ecstasy.

Rumor has it we might be losing a player. A quick twitter search suggests a guard who redshirted last year, but that's just speculation on my part.

Damn, I really liked Emelogu's potential.....thought he was on track to becoming a reliable player.

Me too, I could see him being one of those guys who transfers from VT and is very successful elsewhere. Hopefully the freshman are the real deal.

FWIW I'm reading that there could be more attrition soon...

Bummer. But I figured he would leave once Buzz got pretty much all his guys. There just wasn't room enough for Emelogu to play.
