You just had a feeling at the half that Texas's luck would run out. When you can't run a play nor get a decent shot what do you expect. Though I like this Texas team they will do big things, Taylor would have been a difference that's for sure.
yes this game was pretty much hopeless without the floor general out there- and may have been hopeless with him the way some of the guys played tonight. And they end it with a stupid foul by Ridley, who has been in a huge funk now for the last four games. Not sure what'st the matter with him.
Kentucky is a dominating team, very hard to beat without your A game. Think they beat Kansas by 32.

I thought going in that Texas was a Final Four team, and I saw nothing to change my mind. These are two young teams that are only going to get better and better and will both be night and day better by March. Defense wins Championships, and I think this UK team has a chance to be an awesome defensive team. When their offense catches up with their D later this year, they will be something. Not having Taylor really hurt Texas tonight, he will make them that much better. I think the thing I keep seeing for UK is the little man Ulis. I think he is running the show by tourney time. I wouldn't be surprised if these are the last two standing
