Packing up for vacation so not much time to post, but let me say this...

THIS TEAM IS FUCKING BULLSHIT!

I'm glad I won't be able to watch this pathetic hockey next week. Every game is the same - get some possession time but make few opportunities and don't put away the ones they do have. Dumb penalties and defensive lapses take care of the rest.

Ovechkin is fucking NOTHING out there - he is invisible. Backstrom - we've seen like one nice move all year, just getting beat all the time. MoJo - where has he gone since his rookie year. Every D-man on the team is playing terrible.

Ward, Brouwer, and Ribeiro are the only good players for this team right now. And god bless Neuvirth this period - the game should be 4-0 right now.

No playoffs, this team sucks. I'm calling it now. Playoff in '13... nope...

I buried one of my best friends yesterday and my car died just before I got to the hotel the night before. It was 13 years old and served me well, and it's now in a junkyard in New Jersey (which may have moved to the top of my worst states list now, that state is a shit pile). It was a nightmare yesterday and I am physically and emotionally spent after a LONG day, lots of crying and mourning, followed by making a difficult decision about whether to fix the car or say that's enough.

I can't wait to go on vacation.
