4 - most points by a rookie in one playoff period.
the last teenager to get 4 points in a playoff game was Trevor Linden.
1g 3A vs Calgary, just shy of his 19th birthday.
From Elias: All four of Tyler Seguin's points on Tuesday came in the second period, making him the first teenager ever to notch that many points in one period of a playoff game and only the second rookie to do so. The first was also a Bruin, Barry Pederson, who tallied three goals and one assist in the second period of a first-round victory by Boston in 1982.
Actually according to Elias - he tied the rookie record for rookie points in a single period, but is the first teenager.
he should bedazzle his gloves
doesnt that techincally still make it a Record?
I wonder if that is just Bruins record, as no mention of Linden doing it from Elias.
I'm not impressed.
3 goals and 3 assists in your first two playoff games... Not impressed?
