Actually according to Elias - he tied the rookie record for points in a single period, but is the first teenager.

From Elias: All four of Tyler Seguin's points on Tuesday came in the second period, making him the first teenager ever to notch that many points in one period of a playoff game and only the second rookie to do so. The first was also a Bruin, Barry Pederson, who tallied three goals and one assist in the second period of a first-round victory by Boston in 1982.
