Sorry Dash, the pussies known as the girls in teal couldn't even bother showing up tonight for the Flames. Bunch of sissies are losing 6-0 AND are getting pushed around as well by Analslime. Fucking Wahndy Carlyle gets his way with the officials again.

Soft belly Sharks are showing again.....must be close to playoff time.

Your boys made a valiant effort to get back in the game. They just ran out of gas at the end.

The same "soft belly" "pussies" who are 26-4-4 since the All-Star break. Holy sh*t please leave your depressing cynicism on the Sharks board. Its just one not very important game.

Yup and they still played soft tonight. If you can't handle the cynicism please feel free to put me on ignore.

In the Sabres case, they found a way to win big games down the stretch. Those OT losses to the Kings and Ducks really did in Calgary.

Pegula Dash, the answer is Pegula.

It's funny how Calgary gassed their GM and the Sabres got a new owner and both teams turned their respective seasons around with non-coaching or player changes.

No, I don't think so, I think the boys finally bought into the Brent Sutter system and I think it deserves one more kick at the can. I think Feaster needs to get rid of some deadwood and give some of the young guys more playing time, and try it again next season.

/Please re-sign Tanguay for starters, he and Iggy are magic together.

Looks like the playoffs are officially not in the cards for the Flames - Oh well, it sure was a fun ride getting back into the mix.

You have a good attitude. Sorry the Sharks couldn't help you out, but the Flames impressed people with their play since the All Star break. there was a time in late February I really thought the Flames were a lock for the playoffs. With Kipper and Iginla they are always a threat.

And Filo, I am not going to block you, but you cant play well 82 times all year... especially since this might have been the least important game for the Sharks all year and one of the most important for the Ducks. Couple that with some odd calls and weird bounces I am not that upset with tonight.

Can anyone stop the Perry-Train right now... I see him taking over the Art Ross by end of season with the way hes going. fucking unstoppable. may as well give him the Art Ross and the Rocket before Vegas Day.....

unbelievable how he has gained points. the only thing that will keep the Hart off his mantle this year is his plus minus I think.

He has been amazing, but playing with Getzlav and Ryan helps a lot too. A year or two ago I was convinced Getzlav was a top 5 player in this league, thats how good I think he is. That might be the scariest line in the NHL right now.

I didn't expect them to win, nor did I need them to play well. You aren't getting it. I know the game wasn't "as" important to the Sharks as it was to the Ducks. I pretty much had it chocked up as a loss before the game even started. However, you mean to tell me that rolling over and getting pushed around every inch of the ice against a possible playoff match up means nothing??? I guess we have two different ways of looking at the game. I see it as giving the Ducks a lot more confidence than they probably already have over the Sharks and the edge in the mental part of the game. They're thinking all we have to do is push the Sharks around and they don't know how to react. I would've been happy if the Sharks just took the opportunity to legally finish checks. They had multiple opportunities tonight to do so and passed time and time again. They didn't even bother showing up in the physicality department. THAT is what bothers me.....at least play the body.

If you actually participated or followed the Sharks board for the last 6 or 7 years, I'm one of the more positive posters on there. Hell, I'm constantly battling rares and all the other doom and gloomers. However, when they lay an egg, I call em like I see em. You can press this on my posts you don't like just press the infraction button.

I'm really not sure what the Flames do in the offseason. If there's one good thing about Iggy's second half is the Flames aren't moving him. I say keep B.Sutter one more year (at least) and keep the core (Regehr, Iggy, Kipper). Tanguay needs to be back. Glencross I'd love to see back, but I think he'll cost more than he's worth for a career year.

Stajan needs to be buried in the minors (Kotalik and Hagman will be there or Europe) and honestly if there's any takers I'd deal Bouwmeester in a heartbeat. I said the same thing about Phaneuf, but you can't have a fourth or fifth best dman making the most money. He didn't have a awful year, but he might have value on the market. And hopefully Feaster does a good job drafting.

Either way, I think this team when on its game still has the pieces, but they need to have a complete season.

And I seriously think that the only thing keeping Iginla from being the 3rd nominee on the Hart trophy ballot is the fact this team didn't make the playoffs, because he should be. The team fell apart down the stretch, but Iginla was clutch. It's not his fault the rest of the team couldn't come through.

Corey Perry will win though I think. Sexier pick for being hot down the stretch than a Sedin.

Don't you ever, EVER use the word "sexier" to describe anything about Corey Perry. Now I'm going to have to come up with a new word for "sexy" cause you just ruined it for me.
