The offensive got the team to the playoffs, and the pitching staff got it together enough to get us to the world series, and then they simply imposed their will upon the Detroit Tigers. The question I have is: did we deserve to win this thing, or not?

We won the West, so we deserved to play in the NLDS.

We won the NLDS, so we deserved to play in the NLCS.

We won the NLCS, so we deserved to pl;ay in the World Series.

We won the World Series, so we deserve the title.
