How the hell is Hostess Twinkies in business?

Don't get me wrong. I love Twinkies, we had a whole thread on DING DONGS .......How the hell did they claim bankruptcy and are back in business this fast?


Why is bankruptcy such a hard word to spell? It reminds me of dissension.

i know what they said but i also do not feel like starting the inevitable flame war of actually discussing the topics that precipitated their fall from grace (hint one side says corrupt unions the other says corrupt CEO's).

as for the twinkies they were IP that was bought by someone else and redistributed.
