I wouldn't. That would deplete your depth at RB/WR. Ben and RW are more than fine.

Agree with this. You are fine at QB. Don't love Ingram or Smith but a QB really isn't a need.

I would do it in a heartbeat. Wilson and Big Ben only ensure mediocrity at QB; Brees will surpass either one most weeks. You don't need Torrey with the other nice WRs you have. And you're selling high on Ingram. Your starting lineup will be a juggernaut.

If you had this lineup:

QB: Brees (Big Ben)
RBs: Ball, Jennings, Morris
WRs: Megatron, Michael Floyd, Wheaton and Wallace

Well, first of all people would think you were making it up because no way you have Brees, Megatron and Ball on the same team. But imagine somebody offered you Wilson, Torrey and Ingram for Brees. Would you take it, just to shore up your bench at the cost of Brees?

I would do that trade in a second!!! Yes bench is important, but you can find decent free agents and hopefully find a free agent stud soon.

I would do it in a 6 point passing touchdown league but not a 4 point passing touchdown league althought I agree that you are essentially trading Brees for Wilson, Smith, and Ingram because there's no way you are ever going to play Cotchery. If you make the trade your starting lineup is going to be greatly improved, but your fill ins for bye weeks are going to be worse. Your call.
