Or another way to look at it is wins by teams these 4 teams have actually BEAT.

KCs wins have come vs teams with 30 wins
Denvers wins have come vs teams with 28 wins
Seattles wins have come vs teams with 30 wins
NEs wins have come vs teams with 24 wins wins

Im not sure why Seattle, NE and Denver would get credit for LOSING games vs good teams. All 4 of these teams wins come vs teams that are roughly averaging 3.5 wins for the year so far. Id guess its probably about the same for the 6 win teams too.

Other side of the coin

KC no games vs team with a winning record
Den 1 game and they lost
NE 4 games 2-2
Sea 3 games 2-1
All this means squat cause get to playoffs is all that matters just ask the 2011 giants 9-7:suds:

Winning all those games has to translate into a lot of growth in a team. Belief in your system and your coaches. Not saying that KC will prevail over Denver, but they are certainly on the path to better things.

It'll be lower for ONE of them.....

He was commenting on the combined average winning percentage of the two teams. Since one team will win and one team will lose, the change in that average is .5, which is less than .94, resulting in a drop in the combined winning percentage.
