My father wore a leather helmet when he played high school fb. Played alongside Lute Olsen in college on both the cbb and cfb teams. Lute said he was the better bb player, but my dad was the better fb player.![]()
If you look at the numbers, there's no real down-tick in the frequency of it happening the last two decades compared to decades in the past. If anything, we've had more the past two decades than many of the previous ones.Michigan got most of those back when they were wearing leather helmets and still not beating Ohio St lolzz
