I was referring to J Gray. I already own Sonny. This draft is in a dynasty league. Consists of international signings, rookies that will be added to ESPN and 4 players who are not kept from each of our 12 team 28 man rosters. Usually nothing good is dropped from non keepers so most value are the international and new rookies.

Also my attempt at getting for the first pick in the draft failed. He wants Zimmerman (SP) for the pick and im not willing to give that for him. Ill have the 12th pick in the draft and I doubt that even Gregory Polanco would be there.

That makes a lot more sense.

In that case, I rank him below Appel, if for no other reason than the franchise who currently employs him.

I like Law's list. Easily the best of the industry guys in my view. Of course I'm just a fan with a mild obsession.

It took awhile, but I think I finally found someone not yet on Phil's radar.

Maybe.

The state of Texas is known for fireball pitchers. Roger Clemens (Katy), Nolan Ryan (Alvin), Josh Beckett (Spring), Kerry Wood (Grand Prairie). But none of them did what Ferris High School (TX) senior Evan Pontley did. That is strike out 22 batters in 7 innings. Those good at math note that there are only 21 outs in 7 innings. Of course, baseball fans know that dropped third strikes can extend innings, and that’s exactly what happened here. According to MaxPreps.com, Pontley and the Ferris Yellowjackets actually trailed 2-0 after the first inning despite the strikeouts, with runs coming solely on dropped third strikes and throwing errors.
Overally, Pontley struck out all batters until a fly out in the 6th inning, then sealed the no-hitter with more K’s winning the game 13-3 against Mabank High School.
