Actually, on a non self-loathing note, I have been pretty disappointed in what I have seen out of Brooks Orpik this year. I think he is still kind of hurt because he is not playing with the same fire or speed or tenacity he has in the past. No stats will bear this out, but I watch most of the Pens games and have noticed a drop off.

I love Green, LOVE HIM....he may be my favorite Cap, but he is notorious for getting lazy as hell in the offseason and groin injuries are usually a result of being out of shape.

I heard all of this stuff about him working hard this offseason and then he came in loose and heavy....again.
