Sadly, there is no rivalry at the FBS level in Wisconsin. In basketball, we do have Wisconsin-Marquette.

No other state can say BOTH of these
- Only 2 FBS team in the state
- Both teams in different P5 conferences

South Carolina was until Coastal Carolina moved to FBS. I believe Pennsylvania would be if Temple wasn't there. Arkansas has P5 and G5.

Depends on the teams. Georgia-Georgia Tech isn't much of a rivalry anymore, and it's a home game for UGA no matter where the game is played.

Also, do Florida State fans consider Miami or Florida the bigger rival? I suspect it's the Gators, which should invalidate Miami-FSU from being on the list.
